Customers
- Face to face with our webmaster(s). You tell us exactly what you want
made, and we'll tell you if we can do it. All available options can
be found on our design pricing page. We can make any website design
you wish (Flash is extra).
- Draw
and make. You draw out on paper how you want your page to look, and
we will make it for you (Flash is extra).
- In-depth
report. As we work on your site, we will show you our progress as we
go. Any changes you want made on the spot, will be done free of charge.
- Website
updating. As you may know, many websites require updating. There are
two options here. We can continue to update your site for a monthly
fee, or we can update your website and charge you by the update. This
is all done using the project manager, email and live support. We also
offer training for those who wish to learn to do this all themselves.
International
Customers
- Face to face web cam with our webmaster(s). This option allows you
to set up net meetings with our webmaster(s). You tell us exactly what
you want made, and we'll tell you if we can do it. Email us for details
on how to set this up (you must have a web cam for this option). All
available options can be found on our design pricing page. We can make
any website design you wish (Flash is extra).
- Draw
and make. You draw out in any graphics program how you want your page
to look, and we will make it for you (Flash is extra). Send an email
to us with the attached picture and we will reply as soon as possible.
- In-depth
report. As we work on your site, we will show you our progress as we
go. Any changes you want made on the spot, will be done free of charge.
You will receive an email at the end of each day with our progress report.
- Website

Customers
- Payment is very straightforward. From all of our customers, we prefer
check, money order or payment through PayPal. We charge our customers
by project and what they order. The price will be agreed upon once you
have met with us or talked to us, and agreed to our price. Payment must
be received 2 days prior to the completion of the project. Our international
customers are required to pay 50% of the project price upfront before
anything is started. Our Victoria customers are required to pay 25%
of the project price upfront. For more information, feel free to email
